To ensure freshness, all of our fruit is packaged and delivered directly from the grove. Items from the same order may be shipped from different parts of the country and arrive on different days.
Florida citrus items that are ordered for California, Arizona, Texas, and Louisana will automatically be substituted with a similiar item of value that can be shipped to those states.

Cut-off dates for guaranteed standard delivery to 48 states.

This is because our inventory is hanging on the trees! We pick fresh to your order, pack it carefully and start it on its way to you and yours. Final delivery is in temperature-controlled express trucks to a major postal facility near the destination, your packages will enter the preferential mail stream for final delivery by the postal service.

2-3 Day Express Delivery Services are available on many products. You can view the estimated rates on the item when deciding for express 2-3 day shipment. The acutal fees will show up in the final checkout process. Please, no PO Box addresses for express shipments.

Florida origin: 10:00 a.m. EST
Oregon origin: 2:00 p.m. EST
California origin: 2:00 p.m. EST
Wisconsin origin: 7:00 a.m. EST

Deliveries to Alaska require special handling. No APO's or FPO's. APO stands for "Army Post Office," and is associated with Army or Air Force installations. FPO stands for "Fleet Post Office," and is associated with Navy installations and ships.

We pack each order in a re-usable styrofoam cooler packed with dry ice to keep it frozen. We also blast freeze all our products to ensure the freshness of every bite. These products are espress shipped 2 day by Fed Ex to ensure freshness. Our premium quality food is vacuum sealed to ensure the quality that you expect.

Oranges will stay fresh for about 3 weeks to 1 month. If an orange goes from a grove to a warehouse and stays there for a few days to weeks before making it to the shelf, it will steadily degrade in quality.
