General Return information
- Items that are not received or delayed because of incorrect or undeliverable addresses submitted will not receive a refund.
- Items that are returned because of incorrect addresses submitted will not result in a refund and may incur restocking and rerouting fees.
- Orders that have not already shipped, may be cancelled at any time.
- If there is a problem with the fruit that you (or your gift recipient) have received, please do not return to sender.
- Incorrect items ordered will not receive a refund.
- All starndard and express shipping charges are non refundable.

Florida Shipped Items
We provide the finest fruit in the world here in groves in southern Florida. If, for any reason, you (or your gift recipient) are not completely satisfied with your gift, we'll replace it, exchange it, or offer a full refund or credit within 10 days receipt.
Florida citrus items that are ordered for California, Arizona, Texas, and Louisana will automatically be substituted with a similiar item of value that can be shipped to those states.
Refunds will not be given due to a citrus substitution.

We provide the finest fruit in the world here in orchards in the Hood River Valley, and we take pride in delivering it to you as fresh and beautiful as when it was plucked from the trees. If, for any reason, you (or your gift recipient) are not completely satisfied with your gift, we'll replace it, exchange it, or offer a full refund or credit within 10 days receipt.

Beef / Seafood Items
We ship the highest quality food items. Notify us within 10 days of receipt of your products and we will refund the purchase price to you or replace the gift for the recipient at our option.

We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with the quality of our coffee. Incorrect or defective merchandise will be replaced or refunded at our option. Notify us within 10 days of receipt of your products. Please do not return products to us.

| Oranges will stay fresh for about 3 weeks to 1 month. If an orange goes from a grove to a warehouse and stays there for a few days to weeks before making it to the shelf, it will steadily degrade in quality. |
